In August, the chain announced the opening of its 100th location, about two and a half years after opening its first franchised shop. Peach Cobbler Factory plays into consumer demand for sweet-treat concepts with a menu that includes 12 fruit cobblers, 12 types of banana pudding, 24 cookie varieties, 12 cobbler milkshakes, six different cinnamon rolls and brownies, 12 Banana Pudd-N Shakes, and churros with six dipping sauces. The chain has locations in 20 states and expanding into airports and sports stadiums.
